⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five-Star Experience from a Professional Groomer As a professional master dog groomer with 8 years of experience, I have extremely high standards when it comes to cleanliness, pet handling, and overall facility quality. I only used the self-wash station because I’m currently on vacation, and I have to say- I was thoroughly impressed. The self-wash area was absolutely spotless and clearly maintained with care. Everything was organized, clean, and ready to use. As someone who notices every little detail in a grooming environment, that speaks volumes. The grooming salon itself is open-concept with large glass windows, allowing customers to see the grooming team at work. From what I observed, the groomers were patient, compassionate, and attentive to the pets in their care. It’s refreshing to see a salon where animal welfare is obviously a priority. To top it all off, after I finished bathing and fluff drying my Maltese, Astro, a sudden downpour hit. I was standing at the front door trying to figure out how to get my freshly groomed dog to the car without immediately undoing all my hard work. Created an account and set an appt to get dog groomed. They never told me to bring in the vaccine paperwork even though I had it done at their location a month prior thru paws. So when I got there they declineee me of service even though he has rabies and vaccine tag on his collar. Never going back

This was my first time in Pet Supplies Plus. I managed to find my picky kitties food/flavor with a Google search and purchased 10 right away. When i went to pick up the food I found out there was a mix up and they were out of the magic flavor! The owner went to his other store and got the food which they had in stock. When I picked it up there were little kitty treats and the nicest note attached! You just don't get that kind of service from a big box store!

This place is very clean. The employees are all very nice and willing to help. The reason I only gave 3 stars is because I have come in here once or twice a week for the last 3 weeks looking for white aquarium gravel and they never have any. Some other items in the store are also almost always out of stock and the shelves are empty and they still don't order more. This is very frustrating because now I have to wait another 2 or 3 weeks or go somewhere else to buy some. Update: A wonderful employee approached me while I was looking and asked if I needed anything and I told her. She went and looked in the back for me. Sadly they are still out of stock.
